Our Story
CATERFOUR is family-run business that specialises in supplying the hospitality and catering sector throughout the North West of England with cakes, tray bakes and other patisserie products.
The business was originally established back in 2001 when four college lecturers acquired some catering equipment and decided to set up a business supplying handmade cakes and patisserie products primarily for outside catering events. Customers at the time included Northcote Manor, Blackburn Rovers and Simply Heathcotes.
Headed up by Nicola Bowker a former Head Pastry Chef at the acclaimed Sharrow Bay Country House in Penrith the business specialised in bespoke products creating desserts based on customers requirements, an established product range followed later.
The business was then acquired by Udale Speciality Foods and to this day Nicola and the team play an integral part of the success of the business supplying products to Hospitality & Catering establishments across the North West of England.
